Really, that was one a m a z i n g weapon thing…right, it wasn’t a weapon, except it was. Oh…look there were people around her age here! The brunette talking to gangly-boy tall pretty seemed about her age…still, looking around at them was likely not the best move the soon-to-be first year had done that day. Simply because she nearly walked straight into two. Kids near her own age…standing straighter she just looked at them as she stood there but a hairswidth away from them.
Had she grazed them? Who knew, they did…she did, but she was going to feign innocence either way. ”…you have c u r l y hair...do flies ever get stuck in it?” she simple announced to the one boy before looking at him. The one she had nearly walked into. Quote:

Such a silly question was being asked.
Brody finally (and reluctantly) tore his eyes away from the broomstick. "You do, right?'' Anyone who didn't was clearly missing out. And they were deemed somewhat boring to him. "I wouldn't mind making it internationally someday...'' he mused. That was cut short when he felt something brush against him.
It was some girl kid and Brody was quite prepared to let it go until she asked about his hair. And flies. He gave her an icy look. "Excuse you. They do NOT. My hair is insect- free, germ-free and all that, thank you very much.'' Yea it probably was a dumb question, now that Ethan realized it. They were in a Quidditch Supply shop, after all. Before he could comment anything else or apologize for the idiocy of the question, there was a girl there. And she was talking to the other boy about his hair and flies?? UHHHH ......... And here he thought HIS question was idiotic about if he flew.
He rolled his eyes at her. "You have long hair. Do flies get stuck in your hair?" He commented, because obviously by throwing the question back at her, she'd be able to see how ridiculous her question was.
What had the boy asked him about? Playing internationally? Or wait, did he say he wanted to play internationally? Honestly, Ethan couldn't recall, thanks to the girl so rudely interrupting with the flying comment.
