Lorraine watched from her seat as the contestants went about making their drinks for the first round. There were some interesting creations! After some time had passed, she checked her watch. Wow, time to move on already? Taking a deep breath, she rose from her seat. Public speaking always made her nervous, but she would survive it. "Congratulations, everybody! You've made it to the second round of the cook off," she said, clapping. "How about a round of applause for our contestants?" She had to admire them. Cooking in front of an audience took courage! It was something she still struggled with; having all those eyes in her made it impossible to concentrate on her work.

When the applause ceased, she went on, "Next up is our Exotic Dishes category. Here, our contestants will have the opportunity to flex their creative muscles. Anything goes,l; the weirder, the better! Such as..."

With a wave of her wand, a plate full of rolled pastries covered in a red sauce appeared on the table in front of her. She'd prepared them in advance and concealed them with a disillusionment charm until the right moment so as not to attract attention with the preparation. She wanted the food to be the star of the show, not her, and besides, it was the contestants time to shine. She cast a quick heating charm, and with another wave of her wand, the pastries sliced and positioned themselves on tiny paper plates that floated out to the audience. "This is a giggling galette- a savory crepe stuffed with chicken, arugula, and goat cheese; topped with a sweet chili sauce and just a pinch of ground alihotsy leaves. Not to worry, the giggles will only last a few seconds. Bon apetit!"

She turned to the contestants. "Best of luck to you! You may start... now!"
