When boarding the train, Kye had assumed her friends were going to the Prefect compartment which could get a little too crowded for her taste, but at this point... this car was filling up too. Could Kye start a conversation herself? No. Because she didn't want to right now. She wasn't feeling proactive enough for that. Looking at the newest occupant, Kye noticed that the younger girl looked some level of upset... Was that just how she normally looked? *Mental shrug* Kye thought herself a good listener, but... not if the talker was crying. That was a no go.
Daisy smiled sadly and gave a small wave at the Slytherin whilst trying to remember her name. She wasn't ready to talk yet because her emotions were still raw. Instead, she fiddled with her bracelet which was a sure sign of nerves.
