As Scarlett's eyes scanned the crowd for Benton, she noticed that someone had stopped beside her. It was...Derf? She blinked up at the prefect, a huge smile breaking on her face as he handed her a small little present. WHAAAA??! Awww, that was so sweet! "Thank you, Derf!" she said with a grin, beaming as she began to open it. Her own brother hadn't even been that thoughtful. TSK TSK.
She then turned to the young girl, Maddie she was pretty sure her name was, and shrugged her shoulders. "Going to university in London," she told her simply. To study...something. That was TBD. So she just took another sip of her pumpkin juice, her attention floating up to the Headmistress for a moment as she began her speech. That was...all she had to say about the red hawk matter? And the possessions? 'Oh yeah, we had some possessions this year, no big deal...' WHAT?
Maybe it was better that she was headed out of here...
Oh, and now Peeves was here. She would NOT miss him. She rolled her eyes, pulled her wand out, and lazily deflected an egg as it came towards her.
