He glanced at his own work before focusing back on her, "My parents have let me set up a greenhouse on their property which has been nice, but keeping my mom out of it sometimes, she is so interested in our plants and stuff, but I'm afraid she'll start experimenting or something without me." Chuckling a bit he rubbed the back of his neck. It was weird sometimes having muggle parents and having the same interest for the most part with one of them.

"Oh good, I mean I haven't come to it being a problem for the most part, but Ullr's parents and family are the worst. It's been rough on him, I mean he has always been different from them and once you meet him you will see how different he is, but I still can't believe how unsupportive they are and not just because I'm muggle." Him being a guy was an issue it seemed too.

He nodded at the suit comment, he hoped everyone would. It should be a good time for all and if his brother's latest invention worked he might get to actually catch some waves for the first time in years.

The only thing Olly wasn't TOO fond of about Griffin was that he loved to talk. A lot it seemed. And usually about his personal life. Nothing too intimate (fortunately) but talking about his family as much as he did was enough for Olly to put that aspect on his 'cons list' in her head. "That's nice of them." Not that she'd say anything about it of course. She just didn't think this was something to discuss with colleagues.

Olly had never personally encountered any hostilities towards Muggles or Muggleborns but she knew it still happened to other people. "If they don't want to be at your wedding, then that's their loss." Was all she said about it, however. Griffin seemed to be strong. And he had a supportive partner it seemed. He didn't seem like the type in need of a shoulder to cry on or a pep talk. Not that Olly would have been the right person for either of those things.
