Skylar giggled when Kye said about time. But before she could say anything else, someone was on her other side and smiled when she looked over and saw who it was ~~too short for Apollo~~. "Vivi! I was hoping you hadn't disappeared to snog Chase before seeing some castles!" And for a brief moment she felt .... unstoppable. Like the queens of the school and to think they were only sixth years. Almost made her wish she was wearing more than just these converses. Also, how had her dormmates neglected to inform her of the skirts trend? Not that she minded her jeans as they did look flattering on her and she wore skirts all the time back at Hogwarts.

She gazed ahead at the Balvenie castle noticing a gathering of some young people. Huh, another field trip? Were they supposed to interact with them as part of their own field trip? She tugged a little on Kye's arm. "Psst, they're kinda cute, don't you think?" Because obviously Kye was the only single one, so she had to live vicariously though her. "So tour guide, huh? Guess we'll start over there and maybe we can get some of those kids to join us for lunch."

But first, was there a lady handing out ice cream samples? That was when Skylar realized her mistake. She'd been to Muggle London dozens of times and knew the protocol for currency and yet, all she had in her pocket was .... galleons and sickles and a couple knuts. Though she guessed she could just argue that they were pesos or so American coins and she hadn't the chance to exchange them over from her Spring Break Vacation. Yes, perfect. Oh there was Professor Stewart; she thought she'd seen her on the bus. Though to be honest, Skylar thought for sure she'd be one of the first off the bus .... even though she'd probably been here loads of times before.

Nice food here? What kind of comment was that? "So Vivi. Have you never eaten a cheeseburger in a pub before then? It's amazing...." Surely the bestie knew she had. "But maybe we should get some ice cream first and then head off to that Balvenie Castle up there for a closer look?" A closer look at the castle or the muggle boys, was the same difference really, right? She looked at the muggle lady. "Three samples, please." Prolonging having to use her "vacation" story would work best, she decided.
