Okay, now he was absolutely convinced that Professor Curtains didn't listen to his students, at least not closely. Because what he had actually said was that those were the professors that had been Death Eaters. But, whatever, it wasn't worth stating over again just so Curtains could just half-listen again. Just like his stupid decree thing that had been a total bust. Sigh. Ronan normally didn't exactly mind History of Magic, but under this professor, it was basically just a giant waste of time.

Anyway, he got started on the essay that would most likely either be half read or not read at all.

I don't think there is a curse on Hogwarts, but rather that it's a victim of its own prominence. Now, the only way that this can be stopped, is to have some kind of punishment for it. But, the only way for that to happen is for the Ministry to get involved. And they always refuse. So, things are destined to keep happening at Hogwarts.
