Somehow Skylar was skeptical, because the last time there was eating in potions class, wasn't a batch poisoned or something of the sort? It was a few years ago and details were hazy and ...... uh, did Ronan Carter just .....?? Sure he was stressed and salty, but did he not realize there were better ways to channel aggression than targeting a Professor? Did he learn nothing from dodgeball with Stewart last year?? Although instead of feeling sorry for her fellow sixth year, she actually felt GUILTY that she thought to set Kye up with him. Kye was much better than him; way too good for him. And there were better guys in their year, as if evidenced right here by this display.
Nice little spread he had there for them and yes she knew lunch was soon, but she wouldn't get filled up. Selecting a few grapes, two pickles, she sprinkled some hot sauce on her two pickles, some dark chocolate. And back to her workstation to try it out.
So pickle with hot sauce first, just to get an idea of the flavor, she took a bite. Hot, yes.. Some dark chocolate, which was bitter. Grapes, were .... sweet already?
Now was it time to try the miracle berry and then the food again? Or ... ?
