It was a good job she'd kept the greying comment to herself. There more than a few silver hairs speckled over his scalp, but he was happy to ignore their presence, thank you very much. Unfortunately, he was becoming convinced that this year's batch of Prefects had taken it upon themselves to ensure he was inducted into the grey-haired club with Myers before the term was out.
A smirk settled on his lips at Zoryn's reaction as he swept around the front of the desk he'd designated for her lesson, and to the one where he'd be demonstrating. "A simple incentive for you to just make it properly," he stated, setting a cauldron out over the burner. "Unethical, I'd suggest, rather than illegal." It wasn't like he was making her consume anything. Nor was a good quality result out of her reach, if she actually paid attention to the details. There were only four ingredients to manage, after all.
"Now, if you'd turn to page 364 of you textbook, we can talk through the recipe."
