Oh, Rhea'd already seen it. Well good, at least it removed the likelihood of someone thinking she was the one who put it there. No one wanted to be the one on the scene when others arrived. Shy of the portraits her housemate just mentioned, it would be bloody difficult to prove it wasn't you--especially when last year had shown that the students who DID usually lost their memory right after.
Jessa waited for the two to join her by the warning, not touching anything as Professor Vance had instructed.
"If it's anything like last year, it's likely talking about the disparity between the magical and muggles. Kitty wouldn't stop preaching about it while she was here, all about repealing the statute of secrecy and a message Zoryn and I ran into last term basically made a mockery of magic and suggested things be done the mundane way." She wouldn't be forgetting that anytime soon, not when whoever it was was clearly using magic to put down magic.
Hypocrisy at it's finest.
"Whoever this is clearly has a problem with us having and using magic." And she was put out that literally nothing had been done in the year since the warnings began popping up.
Don't get her wrong, now that this was all her and Erik's problem, she was fine not having curfews at 6 and needing to be extra vigilant but at the same time.....the problem had not gone away and she fully expected students to be cursed any day now.
"Should we get it cleaned off before some of the younger kids find it and fall into a panic?" A panic she didn't want to have to deal with after.
