Hogwarts RPG Name: Daehyun "Daniel" Yoon Third Year | SPOILER!!: Shera <3 Quote:

To get rid of such a big part of their history. "I also wonder if the ghosts still have things left behind from when they were alive."
Because that would be weirdly cool. "Well... they did create moving staircases..." that was why she was suspicious that the room of requirement could potentially move. "I still also hope it stays still. And I think I agree with you. Especially because they say it's meant to appear for students in need. I think it would be as effective if it appeared in front of a student in need in front of fifth other people..." That was the hypothesis that she was running on. But neither of them really knew what they were talking about because there wasn't much recorded information on the room. Which was a bit of a downer, really.
She laughed lightly, still smiling at the little bow truckle hanging off of her hand. "Well you're a very cute, clingy bowtruckle, aren't you Berry?" Because really it was too cute. And how did Daehyun expect her to carry out a conversation when he kept distracting her with all of these cute creatures?! But on the bright side, she hadn't missed this creature. One out of three was a good start. "I'd like to propose that humans are much better trees than actual trees, not only will they aim to protect their bow truckle so it's lower effort for the bow truckle but there's also less risk of food shortages. Just tug your humans hair and if they've run out of food they'll run to get you more," now that was a theory she could throw herself behind 100%. And she'd already come up with in her opinion an excellent reasoning as to why she was right. "You agree with me, don't you Berry?" Daehyun nodded along to Shera's words, at the same time wondering if he'd ever passed by unused rooms with unsuspicious things in them... Hogwarts was such a wondrous place that he wouldn't be surprised to find hidden treasures right under his nose. "We could ask-" he'd begun to say excitedly, but on a second thought... "Actually, I suppose not. The ghosts would probably like to keep them hidden if they had left anything laying around." Besides, most didn't want to be reminded of their mortal lives, did they? Speaking of... "I wonder if Myrtle-" He couldn't help but giggle at the thought as he shook his head, though he wouldn't be caught dead asking the moaning ghost about any secrets hidden within the castle. Besides, she was mostly found in the girls' bathroom, so that was another big no-no for him.
As he listened to her points about the Room of Requirement, he couldn't help but sigh dejectedly. "I suppose we'll just have to be patient, then. And-in actual need." Though he wondered if he ever passed by it and he was hungry... would it turn into a giant refrigerator filled to the brim with goodies? He would probably move in there if that ever happened.
He laughed at Shera's very detailed explanations on why humans would make better trees for bowtruckles, but his smile suddenly turned sadder as he watched the small creature hang onto her finger. "I'd have to take Berry back, though... it's still better that they stay in their natural habitat." As much as it pained him to say so. "But we could always visit, and hope for no attacks next time," he said, meeting the bowtruckle's eyes with a playful look. He'd be prepared with lots of woodlice to offer anyway, just to stay on the safe side. |
