Hogwarts RPG Name: Daehyun "Daniel" Yoon Third Year | SPOILER!!: Shera <3 Quote:

Something that belonged to a student just like us a few hundred years ago that they accidentally turned invisible like I have."
Or worse, a student in a few centuries finding her pants.
That would probably be weird. "That would probably work, Nimma is lovely and I'm sure she'd help us get cookies and other snacks for bribing purposes," she said without really thinking about it. The little house elf was a cutie though. And house elves as a general rule did like to please witches and wizards.
Shera laughed at his comment about worrying about the bludgers. He was a wizard after all, and he should be able to take care of himself and she should show that faith in him. Instead of trying to save him from broomsticks, and falling and bludgers. There was also only so much that a chaser could do about a stray bludger. "Maybe you can talk to your head of house for any charms to defend you from bludgers," she teased.
Seeing the bowtruckle reaching for her again with Daehyun's encouragement, she tried to give it a comforting smile. She lightly held out her curls as well as offering her other hand for it to have a choice as to what it was going to go for. It had after all first moved for her hair. "Maybe I just look less threatening," she said jokingly, smiling at Daehyun, while trying to maintain a calm presence for the nervous creature. If Shera wasn't ready to face things hidden in there, then it was definitely not something for Daehyun to see, though he nodded when she said she could find something left behind by students years before them. "Hey, maybe you'll find a hidden treasure," he said, trying to sound encouraging and positive. "You know, like a lost diadem," he joked, though he felt a sudden urge to cast revealing charms in random, unsuspecting places. You never knew what you could find around the castle, and Hogwarts had surely never failed to amaze him.
Nimma? "Befriended all the house elves yet?" he grinned at her. She'd surely gotten ahead in that department, because he had yet to meet the house elves - maybe during a midnight stroll to the kitchen for a snack.
Laughing at her comment about learning spells against bludgers, he shook his head. "Bombarda would do, though I have yet to find a safe place to practice it." He wouldn't trust himself to throw Bombardas here and there around so many people where so many things could go wrong, especially with zero practice to back him up. "Maybe the Room of Requirement... we should go on a search for it." It was only one of the many things they said they'd do on their stay at Hogwarts.
He watched the bowtruckle curiously as Berry eventually decided to cling onto one of Shera's fingers, and playfully hang onto it, which oddly reminded him of...
... himself. Berry hung pretty much the way he did in that Flying class, so he hoped the action wouldn't trigger the memory for Shera. It was honestly something he wanted to leave in the past, but he had a feeling it would haunt him forever. He smiled at Shera's comment, though he added, "But do watch out if you see any that are guarding a tree." The little guys may be gentle, but they certainly weren't when they felt their tree was in danger. |
