Derf on the other hand was not concerned at all. Not really. He was mostly nervous that she would not animate at all and then the entire - okay not ENTIRE but a BIG part - reason they were here right now would be a bust. Turning the tap again when the water was at a sufficient height, he gave another small shrug of the shoulder and looked over his shoulder at Natalie.

"She won't," he said confidently with a small smile. "Besides, what's there not to like about you?" Other than, you know, technically she was not one of the authorized people to be in here...but Derf knew that others had brought guests in here too so...the mermaid ought to be used to it by now. "Hmmm...you wanna go for a swim since we're here?" he asked, already moving to shrug his robes off.
