Zoryn was STILL living on the adrenaline high that came from her team's first big win against Slytherin House. There couldn't have been a better feeling in the entire world than what she had felt in that moment. Even a day later, she still felt the RUSH. Beating Skylar Diggory was probably the most important part of this whole tournament and their team had managed to do it on their very first try. Was she surprised? Not at all! Zor KNEW they'd win. She even had some of Julie's money to prove it. Heh, and they said it'd be a stupid bet.
Of course the Gryffindor was PUMPED and her ego was now TWICE it's original size (which was already larger than they normally come), but she wouldn't cancel practice 'cause they needed to KEEP winning so that they could take down Juni.
The beater waited on the field, making some last minute changes to the arrangement of supplies she had spread around both on the grass and up in the air. Welcome back, Gryffindors. Things just got WAY more serious. Stakes were HIGH (and not just because Quidditch was played in the air).
