Because once you have gotten the hang of that step, all you need to do is to allow the bobbin to continue threading itself until you are satisfied with the amount of thread that is on the bobbin. I would advise you to get a fair amount of thread on that bobbin.’’ Kay finished up with the steps before giving her full attention to the class. “Please raise your hand if you need help.’’ New instructions. Okay, he's got this, he can do it.
Since he hadn't known what to do with the thread that he'd pulled through the top hoop, Daehyun had been holding onto it ever since, so finally he could move on with the setup of this weird muggle thing. He'd never appreciated magic more than in that moment right there.
Still holding the thread, he searched for the purple button, which he'd eventually located, and he supposed the machine was now turned on. Oddly fascinating, how those batteries gave it life. As he pressed the pedal, he watched the bobbin thread itself a bit, before releasing the pedal, and it stopped. One more short press, it threaded a bit more. How awesome was that? Finally pressing the pedal longer, he allowed more thread to bundle up until he was satisfied with the amount, and then raised his hand. "Can we add more thread later if now's not enough?" Because it would be a pity to waste more thread than needed just to stay on the safe side if the answer was no. |
