"Let me get in place." Emmalyn said as she moved to the middle of the goals. She removed her glove and licked one finger before sticking it up in the air. There was a light breeze blowing from the west and she wanted to make sure to take that into account to determine the Quaffles path.
After placing the glove back on her hand, she shouted.
"I'm ready! Let's go!" While she waited for Daisy to take her first shot, Emmalyn practiced pivoting quickly to the left and right, elevating and descending, and even a few three hundred and sixty degree revolutions. The old school issued broom was out of date compared to most of the older students more recently purchased, and higher quality brooms. However, she was feeling right at home on it.
