No, no rather WHO was going?

UH ....... She wasn't a Prefect, but she was technically a student leader, even if her primary focus was on quidditch and seeing a TINY girl moving the cart - actually, she almost missed seeing the girl moving the cart. But why was no one else paying attention to it? Were they just standing on lines just because they liked standing on lines??

Quickly thinking, she went and put her foot on the front wheel so she wouldn't be able to push anymore. Because she wasn't the trolley lady. Had a first year managed to knock out the trolley lady? Or the lady had gone to the loo?

"Uh, the lady will be back shortly. No need to steal." She was friends with the Head Boy and Head Girl if this small child wouldn't listen and quit trying to steal the cart.

"We're all queuing here, you have to get in line! I thought this country invented lining up for stuff?" Baffling to a degree. Honestly Bel was pretty sure she'd seen queues in the UK for nothing, where people just joined them because they were queues and it was in their make up to do so.

And thankfully one of the older girls was intervening with strength of foot and also with an air of authority that Bel wasn't particularly familiar with but curious about.

She really didn't want to be queuing for nothing, even if it was in good company. Bel wanted her turn and wanted everyone to get their fair turn. So she shifted her pennyboard to under her other arm and watched to see what the first year would do next.

She was waiting for her turn when she heard someone was moving the trolley. At first she thought it's the trolley lady trying to move her cart but it wasn't it's a THIEF! Alyce nodded her head when a younger girl told the thief off. "If you don't have any money just say so, don't steal the cart." Who's this kid anyway? And thank Merlin for Skylar. Yes, you tell her Skylar!

It was after saying that, Aaron had actually taken notice to everything that was happening at the food cart. Was that...was that Amara that was trying to take...not take, steal, stuff from the trolley? Whaaaaaaaat!?!? How could she! And it appeared to be that the others in line weren't too happy with her either. Aaron thought she would have known better than that. Tsk, tsk, tsk. She should be ashamed of herself. But then again, as her friend, the firstie couldn't just let everyone in the line start to gang up on her in a sense, although she was in the wrong for what she was trying to do.

Casually walking over to Amara, he pulled her a bit off to the side and whispered "Amara! What do you think you're doing! You can't just be stealing things! How would Z feel right now if she were here?" She then got that judgmental, death look from Aaron. Ya know, the one that parent's give to their kids a lot when they find out they did something they weren't supposed to? Yea...that one.

She'd just moved a few feet when suddenly the cart jerked. As if she'd appeared out of thin air, a bigger girl stood there, her foot lodged under the front cart wheel.

Amara gave her a puzzled look and when she heard the older girl's accusation, she was annoyed. Who was she? Who does she think she is, calling her a thief? Amara let of an angry grunt. Before she could respond to the girl, another called to her. Something about people in lines. Standing in lines for what? And then a bunch of people appeared out of no where.

WHERE DID ALL THESE PEOPLE COME FROM ? ? ? ?

Amara was starting to get tensed and angry, everyone was just looking at her, whispering and giving her disapproving looks. One of them even asked her to stop stealing. Now that's what everyone is thinking. Because of this girl!

She was nudged and pulled aside by a tiny figure. Her angry little hands were ready to push away the person but then she saw it was Aaron. The boy from the bookstore. And even he was telling her not to steal. He was giving her a stern look and she knew she didn't deserve it. She couldn't believe what was happening. "I didn't--" she freed herself from his hold. "--and you just believed , you just.. assumed..." She moved away from him. She was hurt. Hurt that Aaron didn't give her the benefit of doubt. Sure they had just met recently and weren't thickest of friends but Amara liked him. He seemed cheerful and friendly at F&B. And he was the first boy she'd met from Hogwarts. They were going to be friends! That's what he'd said. Her mouth twisted, her face now had a downcast expression.

All because of the big girl! She started it. She glared at the girl in front of her. "I--wasn't-- stealing!" she said aloud for everyone to hear. "And it isn't up to you to judge!" Who were they, just branding her as thief!

"Would anyone steal the entire cart? Do you even think?" she shot in the general direction of the accusing crowd. That was thick, even for a little person and this girl looked important. So did the other big girl who asked her not to steal. What's up with these girls? And all these people? If I did want to steal, won't I just take a few pieces and run away?
