All those hours of practicing ... all those late nights, rehearsing, the obstacles in the way, with regards to, Juniper and Junia and Myers getting cursed, it seemed foolish almost now. Because it was the night of the show and she knew her parents and siblings were out there watching her. Her friends - although Vivian had practically seen half the play already with helping her rehearse. And strangely, Skylar felt calm? She knew her lines and even though the cursed happenings at the rehearsal months ago, even though OWLs were a month away, she would be okay.
Not to mention that she adored the costume she got to wear and only wished she got to keep it. Maybe if the play was a success they could all perform at a bigger wizarding theater in London or something?
Could they raise the curtain and start the show already? She was calm, but all this waiting around was making her nervous. She did give a brief smile to her co-actors who were there. Ooh, and a full house, was what Zoryn said?! Were there news outlets there? Perhaps she'd get to wear the dress again after all...
