Whit Bathes in Maple Syrup | Dancing Lobster | Mrs. Charlie Weasley | Seneca's Beard | That's So Fetch Dillon had taken over one of the study desks, a fair stack of books surrounding the hard work he was doing. The end of the school year had brought on numerous projects and reviews in order to prepare them for final exams. So far the only subject he was eager to work on with much effort was Astronomy, a subject he was lightyears ahead in compared to others in his year.
His project was showing as much. There were three large glass jars sitting on the desk, which were meant for making terrariums. However, these jars held no flora in them. Instead the Thunderbird was using them to contain scaled models of different star life cycles. Though he was being quiet, the inside of his mind was loud like a rocket launch.
So far one of the jars was complete. The low mass star within began at the main sequence until it became a black dwarf. It was the high mass star models that were causing him some issues. The one that was meant to collapse into a neutron star only went as far as its supernova stage, and the other had a black hole that wouldn't end so the cycle could replay.
"Ugh. Houston, we have a problem."
