Ancient Runes was proving to be a rather messy affair for him - which just made him enjoy the subject more, really.
Jogging down to training grounds, Derf stopped rather abruptly - and beside Stasya - when he saw what was TOTALLY a hedge maze. The Hufflepuff was both eager and a little on edge by this. "Pleeeeeeeeease tell me there is a sphinx in there," he chirped, mostly to himself and it was a thought he had not even realized he had uttered aloud.
