She had left a note for Cami on a her breakfast plate in the Great Hall about when and where to meet. Arriving early Laurel headed over to claim one of the tables near the windows. They had always been her favourite since her school days and they gave her a good view of all the other tables that soon would be filled with chattering students. Sitting down Laurel started to peruse the menu as she waited for Cami to arrive.
Camilla had laughed softly to herself when she found the small slip of parchment on her breakfast plate that morning. It had made her feel like a young girl again, a student rather than a professor. She had sent a smile towards Laurel along with a nod of her head silently agreeing to be there at the given time.
Just minutes before she was supposed to be there, Cami entered the shop. There wasn't very many people inside just yet making it easy to spot Laurel sitting alone at one of the tables closest to the windows. Opening the buttons on her coat and removing her hat from her head, the brunette women made her way over towards her friends.
"It's not to cold of a day today," she said by way of greeting as she slid herself onto the seat across from the other women.
"There hasn't been any issues with the students so far, has there?" There hadn't been any problems when she was walking around but one could never be to sure anymore when it came to teenagers.
