What should Simon do? He laid out the options in his head. Zoryn would probably say something snappy back at her? Should he try that. Make comment about how her Hair doesn't fit her appearance. It didn't, at least in his eyes and maybe if he were Zoryn he would note that aloud for her to hear.

If Derfael and Abey were here they'd protect him. They were always super protective of each other. They would jump to his defense too wouldn't they? What about Ed Blaze? He'd get violent. Make threats back at her...No. Simon wouldn't do what Ed does.
