Team building exercises? It took everything within Dmitry not to groan at the idea. Team building exercises were the things of nightmares and they never ended well. Never. He knew he should have just stayed home with Ember and Alexei. A hyper toddler was nothing compared to this. Besides, if he was going to have to build a snowman he'd rather do it with his son than with his workmates. He didn't even know these people.

Maybe that was why team building was necessary? When he'd first moved to England Dmitry had been all about meeting people and building relationships with others. Somewhere along the way he'd stopped talking to people though, just getting on with his work and then going home to his family, or associating with people he'd known from his days in Russia and France. Which, okay, were these days more than likely part of his extended family. Maybe he should get behind this?
"Sounds good Erec," he forced himself to say, although he couldn't force much enthusiasm. It really was too early for this. "Any time limits on this or can we take as long as we need?"
