He had a special quill to procure to sign things, though.

Zander Adair was not a busy dude, apparently. 'Course there was always something to do, but with his division still being in it's infantile stage, there wasn't a whole lot going on. Or maybe there was a whole lot going on, but Zander just didn't know how to do it... Either way, the blonde often found himself wandering around looking for any excuse to avoid sitting in a cubicle all day.

Today he found himself exploring the spiral staircase, with a tea in one hand and some notes in the other (to make it look like he was actually on some kind of mission here). It was only when he saw the random guy lounging at the top of the staircase when the Gryffindor found himself stopping. "Uh, this is kind of a strange place to catch up on reading... Don't you think?"

Question: Did Zander Adair realize that he was speaking to the Minister of Magic?
Answer: No, of course not.
