Patrick wasn't sure how exactly he was supposed to find his inner eye, but he guessed he would figure it out. He moved closer to where Professor Vance told them to sit down and meditate. He sat on the floor and started by looking around at everyone in the classroom. He wasn't sure what exactly to do but he figured just listening relaxing in would be the right idea. He'd heard of doing this in yoga classes, like his friends parents back in the states, but not when doing magical things.

He placed his hands up on his crossed legs. The sounds of the room were filling his ears. He heard his classmates shuffling around the room still, the night time sounds began to fill his senses. He could hear the silence that only night time could bring. It was different than the quiet that snow had. Snow had a quieter noise, a peaceful noise. He let that thought trail off as he continued to keep his hands palms up on his legs letting the night noises sooth him. He was beginning to feel sleepy as he relaxed more and more.
