That's not why I was pulling you," he quipped back quickly. Dealing with Elise was like dealing with a very angry cat; sometimes, the cat wanted your attention, and so you gave it, and other times, it was best left alone. And the cat always got its way, right? Cypress was used to dealing with Elise and her many persnickety attributes.

He followed her smile and raised an eyebrow. "Who's that?" he asked about the recipient of Elise's smile. "You know her?" He didn't recognize her, but then again, he didn't know anyone who worked outside his level, sans a few....including but not limited to Angelo. Where WAS Angelo, anyway? "My cousin's round here somewhere. An auror." He said in explanation.
