Considering how every other time the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy had been brought up in class they had been pointedly told to drop the subject...Derf was perplexed. But for good reasons? Maybe NOW they could actually have an open forum of sorts to discuss the Statute and such? It was something he had been disappointed about in the past, opinions being muted and such.
The third year was mostly just listening though, since most people had given all the information he knew already. His eyes WERE drawn to the older Slytherin with the neat eyebrows again - the ones he was still waiting to go all pupa one day - and her question.
