OOOoooh, they would be making their OWN STARS? That was COOL. Maybe she could put some of these in her dorm as decoration or as a night light or something. She wanted starts in her four poster bed. Natalie quickly jotted down the notes of the stars they were learning about and drew a little diagram of Orion, labeling each of the brightest stars.
When she was finished taking notes, Natalie set down her quill and traded it for her wand. "Stellaris," she said a couple times to get comfortable with the word. Then they had to draw a star with the incantation, right? So, Natalie worked on that next. It was quite a long little wand wave, drawing a whole star out. But it made sense.
"Stellaris," she said again, drawing a star. A little fizzle of light sparked out of her wand, but there was no sign of a star yet. |
