It was the principal of the matter. Except that one time when she sat at Hawthorne’s seat at the staff dais. But uh, now was not the time to bring that up.

Zoryn had to admit, Hawthorne was good at standing her ground AND unlike most of the other staff members, Hawthorne’s points weren’t even completely whack. Except for that stuff about the classes. This was definitely whack. “Are you just saying that ‘cause you’ve got to?” It was probably a law that she had to say good stuff about school since she was in charge of one. “‘Cause you don’t have to be all politically correct with me, I won’t tell the Aurors! I wanna here the unsolicited REAL opinions.” She could see RIGHT THROUGH the act!!!! Or at least, she thought she did.
