She knew that he LOVED food. She could have fake choked if she didn't have food and eating right now.
Really though, "Is there any food you don't like?" She was going to make it her life mission to find a food that he didn't like if he didn't have one already.
Slate smirked. "This is barely a taste." he said motioning to the pile. He'd been known to eat a lot and he wasn't going to apologize about that.
He shook his head. "Never ever. I usually don't walk this way though." And apparently never noticed the smell either. Whoops.
He tapped his chin between bites. "Not that I can think of actually."
