Bartholomew Henry was relieved to see that he had relieved the girl. Yes, he would make sure that this Derf didn't get into any danger underwater. If he was wise, he would stay away from the bottom of the lake entirely. It was one thing to go for a nice swim in the water, and another to go way out into the depths. Hopefully he wouldn't be trying gillyweed.
"It was nice to meet you too, Natalie! I will certainly say hello to the mermaids for you if I see any." And with one last wave of his tentacle, he was off.
