Hmm.. Well, he'd love to try and make a wand there but he knew that rule was there for a reason. "I don't think they'd let us and if they do that's not very smart.." Her curiosity was piqued and Vi's mind was actively trying to learn as much as she could from Oliver at the moment. He seemed so knowledgable about wands and wandlore and that was impressive. How did he know so much and could she just have a copy of his mind for class so that she could raise her hand and offer a solution? Merlin. Now that would be nice. But getting back to reality instead of mindless rambling.... "
