Naturally, Amelia would attempt to start and end the meeting on a positive note. Laurel sat her desk drinking some tea out of her big floral cup while she made some notes after her lesson. She had had a BoG guest in her class audience today that had audited her every professor move. Outwardly Laurel had shown nothing but on the inside she hadn't exactly been very comfortable. She remembered what Regina had said to see it as something positive and constructive but being observed by someone that wasn't a hormonal teenager felt weird. Rap! Rap!
Interrupted in her thoughts Laurel rose, giving her exterior and then her office a once over before she went to answer her door. Unlocking and opening she looked out at the BoG madam that had sat in on her lesson. Hastily putting on a smile Laurel greeted. "Good day Madam Raventhorne, want to come inside?" She was not going discuss her lesson outside in a corridor where student's could be eaves dropping. Quote:

Daisy carefully ate a spoonful which tasted amazing and the young witch had to let the Divination teacher know of her opinion about the dessert. "This is absolutely delicious!"
At Professor Vance's question, Daisy swallowed and nodded. "I am leaning towards cartomancy either through tarot or a deck of ordinary cards. However, I'm open to any suggestions." Laurel filled her own bowl with fruit and chocolate ice cream and adding a spoon to it before she took a seat in the comfy chair opposite Daisy. Tasting her own spoonful of fruit and ice cream she could only agree with the badger girl's statement. "The desert is indeed delicious! The House elves have really outdone themselves." Homemade ice cream and fruit from the school green houses was definitely hard to top. Eating another spoonful of desert Laurel gestured with her spoon as she talked. "You're welcome, dear! It gave me the perfect excuse to indulge in some desert before dinner so thank you to you too." She would probably need to work out some extra tomorrow morning but it was worth it.
Focusing on the reason for Daisy's visit Laurel nodded "I see, you feel most at home with the cartomancy method then I take it? Not Palmistry or Scrying?" She had to remember that Daisy was still just a second year student and a novice diviner.
