Unforgivably Cursed | adultescent Was he doing a great job? No, Henry certainly didn't think so, but he glanced up from his pieces of fabric when he heard the professor and simply gave him a small smile before trying to salvage his sewing. He ultimately decided that he should cut out some of the stitches, the parts that he cast when startled and had skewed part of the heart shape. A quick, well-placed Diffindo took care of that and he pulled away some of the loose threads.
He tried to recenter and straighten out the part of the heart shape that was unattached. Holding it steady with one hand, he cast the stitching charm as he slowly turned the shape in his hand, allowing the stitches to follow along the edge. Or at least he gave it a good effort. It was a little bunched up in a couple places and somewhat off-center, but he managed the spell well enough to sew a heart onto a square.
