She hadn't given up though because this was a matter of utmost importance and utter urgency. Which is probably why she was #blest by the wizard gods with the Headmistress' presence. Oh. Hey. Fancy seeing her here, yeah?
The young Gryffindor turned around abruptly at the reply to her beautifully thought out 'let me past' speech. "Huh," it wasn't until she realized that the voice and face belonged to the Headmistress when the initial surprise set in. Still, her confidence didn't falter. "Well that's no fun. Is the password the same as the one for the Gryffindor Common Room, 'cause to be honest ma'am, I don't think I can remember two of them." It was a shame really. Zoryn hardly remembered the one password she needed for her own common room, so if they could just make every password the same... It would surely make her own life a heck of a lot easier. "Well I've actually got LOADS to talk to you about. I've been writing everything down for two whole years," she explained, stepping forward and climbing up the stairs after her Headmistress indicated that she should. "I figured I'd just save it all up and give 'em to you at once so that I could use my time real efficiently. Y'know, I'm an incredibly busy person." Not that the Headmistress would know anything about that.... Zoryn didn't think so anyways. What could possibly be so hard about running an entire school, its staff, extracurriculars, and an entire class all at the same time? Nothing, probably.
Must be nice to be Headmistress.
Zoryn was still thinking about taking over the position like Professor Hirsch suggested. It was a good idea tbh. But Zoryn kinda wanted MORE stuff to do, y'know? 'Cause this was nothing! Was her password the same as the Gryffindor's password? The headmistress had to use all other might to stifle a laugh at the third year's question. The answer was obvious, wasn't it? No, Zoryn Spinnet, the passwords were definitely not the same. While the woman was fine with students wanting to visit her in her office, Regina by no means wanted a slew of Gryffindors popping in and out of it all the time all willy nilly.
"The passwords are most certainly not the same. I am quite certain anywhere that requires a password will be different," she professed, looking at the girl squarely as they made they way up, up, up the stairs. "Fortunately for you, Miss Spinnet, all someone like yourself needs to do is wait for me to show up. Or you can set up an appointment or send me a message beforehand." Just like everyone else that didn't know the password.
An eyebrow did rise for a brief moment when the Gryffindor revealed that she had 'loads' to talk about, had been writing everything down, and figured she'd use her time efficiently because she was 'incredibly busy.' The headmistress of course didn't let her initial comments come out. Nevertheless, she was intrigued by what this one of all children had to say.
She placed a hand on the knob once they made it to the top of the stairs and swung the door open. Regina then stepped to the side to allow Zoryn to go though and made a motion for the chairs in front of her desk. "What all do you wish to speak about? Best get to the bottom of it so none of our time is wasted." The woman had work to do, and Zoryn had ... well, Zoryn things to do.
