Rachel let out a positively bloodcurdling scream and immediately proceeded to bolt to the opposite end of Greenhouse five. Spiders terrified her and there had been one lurking among the plant pots. “It’s a big one,’’ she thought, hiding behind a barrel of fertiliser. Actually, the spider was not but even the tiniest of spiders were huge in her eyes.
“What should I do? I really want to return to taking care of those plants.’’ She skulked around some more and finally plucked up her courage. “I’ll stun it then levitate it outside.’’ Yes, that was a good plan.
Rachel returned. Her wand was held out, ready to defend herself if necessary. “S-stupefy!’’ The spider seemed to be still, obviously knocked out. “By Ariel’s love for all things human… that’s taken care of.’’
Now Rachel would just take the little creature outside...
