There was something FAMILIAR about this stench...and Derf had been around loads of dung because of all the time he had spent working with creatures and such. He had even dragged his mattress down to sleep in the barn and nursery now and then so...yes...Derf knew a thing or two.
"Not unicorn or mooncalf," he mused. Those two were obvious enough. "Not dragon..." It was on the tip of his tongue, something that was ironically also likely to become a reality as he peered closed to the stain on his bed. The creaking open the door did pull him away from the poop and soon the Hufflepuff was grinning eagerly at HEAD BOY Henry. HBH for short, which was pretty catchy, you know? "Someone left bags of poop in some of the beds," he chirped with a quick glance over to the ones on his nightstand. "Awfully nice of whoever it was, you know? Putting them in bags like this." Derf thought so. "Didn't know I had one when I flopped on my bed soooooooo..." Yeah...he was going to need to change his sheets and stuff. "You reckon the house elves are too busy tonight?" Cause, you know, feast prep and clean up and such.
