Was someone interested in using it already?! Paul was suddenly DELIGHTED!
"Hellllooo!" Paul waved a gloved hand as he straightened into standing once more. "Do you want to...grow some stuff?" he asked in a voice clearly trying to keep the MOST EXCITEMENT from its tone, but half failing. "You are....a first year! SO I am not yet sure of your name," she smiled apologetically in his direction as he made his way towards the boy.
A voice caught his attention and Dorian looked around to find the source when his eyes landed on one of the professor's at Hogwarts . Wait, wasn't he the Herbology Professor? That was perfect! Who else could help him better with planting than the Herbology man himself?
He pushed himself off of the fence to stand correctly, hands out of his pockets , resting them at his side and he nodded his head at the question.
"I do, but i've never tried it before" he said as he waved his hand to the empty patch to indicate that he wanted to try it.
"I mean, how deep do i have to dig, when do i give it water? What happens if they get too much water? All that..."
At the mention that he did not know his name yet, Dorian felt slightly offended. But then remembered that he was new here and the Professors had to learn every single students names which was a hell of a task. So he simply smiled as he answered.
"My name is Dorian Katharos, sir" he said.
"I'm in Ravenclaw" a detail he had not needed to say as he was wearing his Ravenclaw uniform minus the robe.
