Miami would rather like to pretend the ex-headboy wasn't in the office but acknowledge him she would. She didn't expect Rooney to recognise her at all, of course. To be honest, she felt relieved. Less recognition and interaction the better. She turned to Rooney with a slight smile, "Its a pleasure to work alongside you too, Bronwyn." Miami didn't have much else to say after that before her attention goes back to Erec. Miami merely quirked an eyebrow at Rooney's display of affection towards their department head. In an alternate universe, one would expect her to have rolled her eyes and scoffed but noo...she just looked amused.
She listened attentively to Erec's speech about the dangers in the ministry and how they should be careful. Hmm, it wasn't much of a surprise considering they cheated death more than once in Hogwarts. She concluded the ministry was no safer than the school would ever be. Interesting.Miami simply nodded back at Erec. Lots to do and things to see, she couldn't wait for him to give them a tour of their department.
