Upon entering the compartment, she spotted only Kitty, so Rula wasn't late or the last to arrive at least.

"Hey, Kitty." She smiled at the Ravenclaw as she took a seat. "Ready for summer?"

She looked up from a magazine she'd been reading (a Muggle news magazine she owned named TIME) when Rula entered.

"Hey Rula," she said smiling back. It was sadness that she realized her co-prefect wouldn't be returning to Hogwarts next year. "I am ready for it, but I'll miss you all. I'll miss not seeing the Ilvermorny students next year. And I'll miss doing prefect stuff with you." Like patrolling and all the other things they did. "Where are you going next? I want to hear all about it."

She put away the magazine to be available to have conversations with.
