But now she was growing older and she realised she did want to settle down. And she did want a daughter, a cute one like her niece Rachel.
Regina smirked. "Whatever the outcome of this competition, you're welcome to join me there whenever my brother and his team head back there.'' She jerked her head at him, coming to a halt completely and turning to fully face him. "You have a greenhouse?'' she squealed excitedly. You see, there was nothing like plants to make her happy. "Tell me all about it! Are there rare plants? Mundane ones too?''
The woman cast a look at the shop. "Clothing. You've discovered another passion of mine.'' Grinning, she pulled him with her and into the shop. "What's your style?'' She was usually one for skirts and pretty blouses.[/COLOR] His smile grew more as she looked surprised by the fact he owned a greenhouse. It wasn't a secret and was part of his profile. "Well it's family owned. My grandparents started it as a small greenhouse. It is now one of the biggest in Ireland. We have mundane that we sell to muggles and wizards, but then the back section is all our magical. We have experimental as well. We do tours for schools and give back to the community by planting so many a year in different places." He was proud of his family's work. "Thank you for the offer to come with you to the forest. I will certainly keep that in mind." Who knew if this went well maybe it would be the first trip to meet her family or something.
As he was pulled into the shop he looked around. "Glad the date is going well then." Chuckling at his own words he did have to stop and think a moment at her question. "I like to be comfortable, but professional." That was probably the best way to put his style. "I have a crazy idea, lets go off in two different direcitons and pick out something for each other to wear." That might be fun and an interesting way to see if they could figure each other out. "Yes, let's hope that gives us a clue," she chuckled, then smiled as she took the rose. "Iceland? Hmm, how interesting," she said once Allen finished reading the letter. "Have you ever been here?" She hadn't been here herself and she'd admit only to herself that she was a tad disappointed that they weren't doing something a little more exciting. But it definitely was a new experience so maybe she should give it a chance. It could prove worthwhile, plus the Aurora Borealis sounded interesting. That would be a must see.
She took his offered arm and glanced around the town a bit. "Dinner sounds good. I could eat." She did expect dinner since their date was scheduled at around that time so she hadn't eaten anything and was starting to grow hungry. "I wonder what the local cuisine is like.." Probably seafood, but it would be interesting to see if they had any specialties. "Yep, Iceland" Was she okay with going on this type of date? He didn't know any of the girls too personally but he had hoped she would be okay doing something like this. Keely to him seemed like a city girl who enjoyed dinning and shopping on the same street. He had fun with her and hoped this new thing would be fun too. "Now I haven't, but the northern lights sound very romantic." Was that weird for him to say? He tried not to think too much about it as they walked to where dinner would be. Opening the door for her before following in and speaking to the hostess. This was a nice place. "My guess fish, everything fish." He laughed jokingly knowing it probably wasn't all fish, but probably close. "Do you like wine Keely?" He'd order that first if she did as they looked through the menu. Quote:

Nor did the rather successful sidestep Allen had made by bringing the owl and his cargo to her attention, however. It nearly excused the other, and she had smiled back at him as he offered her the rose. “How lovely,” she commented, idly twirling the stem between her fingers as she listened to the message that the owl had delivered. The trip had certainly not been any rougher than any portkey trip ever was, but she gave points to whomever it was that wrote the messages for their concern. Plus, there was the fact that whatever nerves she had felt before the date had essentially disappeared now that they’d arrived. There wasn’t any turning back now.
“Have you ever been here before?,” she asked conversationally as she took his offered hand to step up into the carriage, settling down easily and arranging her skirt so as not to risk any mishaps as he’d settled in next to her, not needing the blanket quite yet. She’d thought she’d done a lot of travel with her work, yet she couldn’t recall being to Kraków ever before. It only made her that much more intrigued as to what they were going to find while they were there. Especially as she wasn’t there for business this time around, she felt she was allowed to enjoy herself. She was interesting and he didn't know whether to take her comment about the rose as sarcasm or meant in a way of it was lovely. He didn't think about it too long as he got up in the carriage next to her. "I haven't, so this will be fun." He really only traveled for work so many of these dates were known to him, which was fun and exciting.
As the carriage started he looked around. "The view is very nice." This old town had great landscaping and the buildings were nice too. Leaning down he pulled out two glasses and offered her one. "There seems to be a blanket as well if you are chilly." He was comfortable for now, but didn't want her to get cold. "If you see any shops or places to stop and look at let me know." He'd happily tell the carriage driver to stop.
