It was the end of term. The last day of school year. After this last night, he was heading back to his mum. He was not excited. He was thankful, though, for friends that he was able to stay with. It made the summer bearable.
He took a seat at the table and looked around for his dorm mates or his friends. Or just Nat. He then looked around for seventh years wondering vaguely what it was like to be done with school.
