Huh?! She didn't want to harm the tree and didn't think a light pulling on the branches was really the same as kicking it. But she guessed Myers, unless he had long hair in his youth was not understanding the reference of pulling hair and just thought of it as torturing the tree. Eh, she had more eggs on the spell idea anyway, but just wanted to suggest something else.

Uh ... UH ... Desserta Hightop?! Did he make up names? Also, Maeroro? Was that even a real incantation and did her mother know that her maiden name was present in a spell that made trees cry? Seemed rather ironic since her mother had one of the most cheery dispositions she knew.

"Maeroro, maeroro, maeroro ..." Sky repeated, finding the incantation not terribly challenging given her personal connection to it. "Maeroro" she said yet again, this time flourishing her wand in the upside U shape and jabbing it in the direction of the tree's branches.

Oh, wait, she was supposed to collect the tears in one of the vials. Blinking, she quickly grabbed a vial and unstoppered it single-handedly but when she finished she realized the tears had stopped already. Oops, that wasn't a lot of tears at all and she completely wasted them on not being ready! Guess time to try again and this time she would be ready....
