He was such a gentleman and she was sure he knew how to treat a lady.
Upon arriving, he drew her attention to the barn owl. Her face lit up in a gracious smile when he offered her the rose. "Thank you,'' she replied with a smirk. He gave it a sniff, enjoying the scent. Anything flora related was her weakness, being a Herbologist and all. She peered at the letter. How exciting! So many things to look forward to! "I am rather looking forward to this. Shall we walk around first? I'm afraid Andalusia is one of those places I've never visited before. Have you? Prior to now, I mean.'' Oh yes, she did have one request. "Before we go ahead, would you mind helping me tuck the rose into my hair?'' These streets were busy and even though Allen had been on busy streets before, this was something to see. He just stood there looking around before looking back at Regina. "No I have never been. I think it will be fun and there are plenty of shops to look at." Offering his hand before they headed down. "Where is your favorite place to travel?" While they were shopping he figured he should get to know her since she was one of the final contestants and all. He had liked his time with Regina, she was different and a bit edgier in ways, but there was something else about her.
Thankfully he had dressed for walking and his tennis shoes were fitting very nicely, but he did stop in front of the first cute little shop that seemed to have different nicknacks in it. "Shall we check it out?" He would need to figure out what she was really into if he wanted to pick the correct shops for the day. Though with as many as there seemed to be he was sure they'd find something they'd both agreed on or just took turns. "This city is beautiful, the landscaping is nice to look at." This game had great taste in date spots that was for damn sure. Quote:

And she was doing a damn good job of it to get her this far. He was quite a bit older than her too and she wasn't sure they had all that much in common.
But the longer she stayed in this process, the more she felt like she was connecting with Allen. Maybe she wasn't faking it as much anymore. And she was rather excited to see where this final date was going to be. Surely it would be somewhere amazing.
And though she had been given no clues on how to dress for the evening, Keely was no stranger to fashion. She put on a stunning dress and took extra time with her hair and makeup. She was ready and she was fire. And just in time because there was the door. "Hi, Allen," she smiled sweetly as she opened the door, her eyes first taking him in before looking at the portkey. "Let's do this!" She grabbed a hold of the portkey and felt the pull and lurch before stumbling a bit upon landing. Taking a moment to catch her breath, she looked around. Where were they? Allen smiled as she came to the door. He would be lying if he said the age difference hadn't been something he thought about, but they were both adults so if she didn't mind it, he didn't either. Keely was someone he could see an adventure with, someone that kept him on his toes in a different way than the other girls and he was looking forward to having a day of one on one time with her.
Feeling the portkey take them and landing on his feet he looked around. Not recognizing the place he looked around for the familiar owl and rose, but at first he didn't see it. Had they landed in the wrong stop? Soon though he heard a hoot and turned his head. "Ah, there will tell us what's going on for the afternoon." He walked towards the owl and took the rose, "For you" he gave her a smile before reading the letter: Quote:

Besides, if anything she figured she was getting material if she wanted to write a story about her experience later. Not that this was her usual source material, but it was definitely in the back of her mind. Buried far behind the part of her mind that realized she was actually enjoying the experience. She was enjoying getting to know Allen, and she even occasionally felt like she enjoyed the presence of the other girls. Not that she hadn’t taken advantage of her ability to get away every once in a while when things got frustrating.
Needless to say she wasn’t in her cat form now. Instead, not knowing exactly what to expect on the one-on-one date, she’d put on a sparkly dress accented by black shoes and a black leather jacket that oddly made her hair seem that much darker. Dressy enough for dinner, but the jacket kept it casual enough for anything else. She felt like she might be making someone proud, she just wasn’t sure who. Probably not Conor though. Her brother was probably amused to no end at the sight of her doing something like this, and Viv probably was too distracted by her studies to know. And, to be entirely honest, she felt like she was relatively overlooked by her associates at the magazine.
Maybe it was the attention that was intriguing her, but that wasn’t what had put a smile on her face as she heard the knock on the door and opened it to see Allen there. “As ready as I could possibly be,” she responded lightly. Considering the mystery as to where exactly they were going. She wondered if he knew, or if he was just as in the dark as she was. Either way, she stepped forward, shutting the door behind her before reaching the hand not holding her purse out to touch the portkey, feeling the familiar and still not entirely enjoyed lurch as they were transported.
At least her cat-like qualities came in useful, as she landed on her feet, barely wobbling in the heels she was wearing, in front of, of all things, a horse and carriage. “Ours?,” she asked, only the smallest hint of humor to her voice. For the most part, her Gryffindor adventurousness was coming out more, and she couldn’t imagine why the carriage would be there if it wasn’t for them. All that was left was finding out where they were going in it. Coming to this date Allen thought about his moments with Morgan through this experience. She was a very pretty woman and a bit calmer than the other, but still a side of adventure that he enjoyed. As he placed his hand tighter around the portkey and it took them to the destination he couldn't help but feel excitment more than nerves. He had been on a few of these dates already and all had been amazing so this was going to be just the same. He couldn't wait to figure out what they were doing.
As they landed he looked around at the carriage and then at the rest of the area. Where were they? The hoot of the owl brought him back to the carriage and he let go of the portkey to take the rose and the letter. "A rose for you." Smiling at Morgan before opening the familiar letter: Quote:

Wow, this was again another great date. He lifted his hand to help her into the carriage. "I guess we should get started, your carriage awaits madam." He couldn't help but have a hint of a grin to get to say those words as he helped her into the carriage and settled next to her. The seats were very comfortable and how convenient a blanket if they get chilly on their ride.
