Gently waving the bamboo leaf out in front of her, Skylar squinted into the distance and there ... she saw it, peeking from behind a tree. "Come here, it's okay," Skylar whispered in a consoling tone. But just as the little furry creature started to inch forward and was almost to her, it ran back to its hiding place behind the tree.

Wayland was asking a question and it got startled! Poor thing! What was he even asking? Harvesting demiguise hair? Natural shedding? Wouldn't that take too long though? Surely there had to be another humane way to obtain the demiguise hair? Startling the thing till its hair falls out? Except that wasn't a sure-fire way to get anything and well, did one need the hair root? Because if it needed the root and not just the follicle, then that might also change how harvesting would occur.

"What if we used a natural hair removal shampoo? Gave the creatures a bath and the hair just naturally fell out into the bucket or tub... and then the hair could regrow and we do it all over again?" It seemed legit to her at least.

Now back to trying to re-coax the creature from its hiding place again, to which Skylar waved her bamboo leaf in its direction once more. It nearly trusted her once before, so it could trust her again, right?
