What a day. Shay was ex-hausted. She had made it up to the Common Room at last and couldn't wait to get inside. There just didn't seem to be enough hours in the day. There was so much that Shay had to do.......classes, homework, training. She needed to go visit Coco too. She missed her little crup and hadn't seen him for a couple of days. Right now though, a break would be nice.

Shay entered the Common Room and went straight for her favorite chair by the fire. Apparently she wasn't the only one in need of a little R & R. With a laugh, Shay plopped down in the chair next to her buddy."Hey Noelle. Fancy meeting you here." Slipping her shoes off, she leaned back tried to get comfortable. "You have the right idea. I hope you don't mind me cutting in on your quiet time. I don't think I could make another step, let alone up to the dorm." Letting out a deep breath, Shay rested her head on the back of the chair and curled her legs beneath her. Then she gazed into the fire. Now this was more like it.
