Mrs. Alex Turner *asterisks user* Secret Door Oh. Maybe moving a dusty old tapestry hadn't been the best of ideas, judging by Henry's sneeze. He was on the outside too, which meant he would get the bulk of his dusty cloud, so if he were to help her do ... whatever it was she was doing, he needed to -- "Cast a Bubble-Head Charm on yourself, maybe? Might help with the sneezing."
She should've scourgified the tapestry before even touching it, really, but it was too late now considering how she was pretty much hidden by it. Head still peaking out from the side, she nodded slowly. I mean, they're very suspicious. Maybe they wouldn't get me in trouble, but I don't think I'd want to be alone with them." It was something about the way they talked -- not that Daisy knew what they talked about -- and the way they looked at other people.
Also, they really were very suspicious.
As Henry pulled up the tapestry, she felt the weight on her shoulder disappear and she managed to turn around to stare fully at the wall. Her thank you was said, or mumbled rather, and Daisy wasn't sure Henry even heard it considering how she was behind a heavy tapestry but she wasn't worry -- the mentalk link between teammates, Chasers at that, was very real and powerful. "Nothing." She sounded rather disappointed. Turning her back to the wall, she held the tapestry up with both arms, trying to give Henry a chance to look. "But I feel like something should be happening, you know?"
Or maybe she was just too bored. |
