And it was only their third date, first in public, and he was an idiot. "Yeah. Yeah, let's order. Anything you want. My treat."

She couldn't help but have the biggest beaming smile as he thanked her for the cookies and she held back an awwwwwwww as he talked about his mom. Wasn't he the cutest and he seemed to be close with his family which made him even cuter in her book. She hung on his words and she watched as he looked into the gift bag, "I hope it fits. If it doesn't I can send it back." She had guessed on his size, but cheese and crackers she had looked at him and his shirts for awhile now she hoped she could at least guess the size.

Tilting her head she watched him struggle a bit with his words and she couldn't help but giggle, "I like Blondie. You are the only one that calls me that." He had called her that for so long she really just thought of it as her nickname. She reached over and took his hand giving it a little squeeze. "Silly, you didn't have to get me anything. I just remembered our conversation from our first date. You saying your favorite quodpot team and stuff. So I had owled an order for it. I was giving it to you either way." She loved giving gifts to everyone.

"Plus I gave gifts to others if that makes you feel better. Maesi always loves getting presents and attention." Madelyn did not want tension on their date so she hoped that helped. "A salad would be perfect and butterbeer."
