The Whomping Willow remains on guard sensing your presence in the area, but as there is no immediate threat its branches merely continue to move slightly as if there is a wind blowing. A few more icicles fall from the branches, but other than that all is calm.

Incendio might have helped with the potion brewing, but it also served to make the tree grow tenser. Wood and fire do not mix well as anyone knows. The branches started moving more aggressively though it was not in full attack mode yet, and summoning one of the vials from its branches didn’t go unnoticed either. Lucky break that it didn’t get smashed by branches in the process.
