Your wand shines light upon the snow, making the path before you glisten. It is rather beautiful despite the fact that it is a cold night during the winter and the very air around you is still.

As you walk along, a tree slowly comes into view. Of course it isn’t ANY tree; nope, it’s the Whomping Willow, famous for doing exactly what its name says.

The light cast it intensifies, and the icicles in its branches glimmer. Of course they aren’t the only things that are shining, as there are also vials attached to the tree’s limbs. These become harder to see as the branches begin to swing. Better not get too close or you could get hurt! And avoid the icicles that have started to rain down onto the ground.

If you cast your eyes around, you will notice a workstation, but what is it for? It has to be connected to the vials that are dangling from the tree’s branches. Scanning your eyes slightly further, a cauldron comes into view. Inside it are written instructions:

"Well, this isn't a hat. Get on with it! Make your way to the passage beneath the tree."

Time to get started on that potion if you want to make your way further along in the challenge!
